How might we help different people with special needs to access the digital services of the state?
The focus of the 2-days of Idea Jamming was to co-create the digital services of the future in the most accessible way together with the hearing- and sight-impaired, deaf, blind, senior citizens, associations and selected state officials. During the happening the participants emphatized with various challenges and life-situations of different kind of people by constructing prototypes and models that communicated the needs and ideas. The prototypes were tested with distinct user groups and developed further based on the insights of our testers.
